Management coaching is currently her passion and main professional occupation. She has spent many years as supervisor of the Newfield Network’s coach training program, of which she has also been general coordinator.

In the areas of leadership, teamwork and executive coaching, she has worked with management teams, including BNP Paribas Cardif and Codelco.

In the area of Human Resources development, she has accompanied the design and implementation of integrated management systems, expert careers and competency and leadership development programs.  Previously, she worked in competency-based management training for Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Cuba, Havana, as well as in the diagnosis and design of customer service processes for the company DIN. As a member of the Cahuala Consultores team, she worked in personnel selection and in the implementation of the first competency-based selection and development processes for Telefónica CTC.

In social and community development and evaluation of social programs, she has worked for CONACE, FOSIS, Corporación Chilena de Prevención de SIDA and in personal development programs for women in La Victoria.Chilean, anthropologist and psychologist, Universidad de Chile, 1997 and 1998; Ontological Coach, The Newfield Network, 2007.
