As a consultant, he has worked at AMSA, Aguas Andinas, Metro de Santiago, Gener, Banco de Chile and for several public sector agencies (Ministries and Municipalities), among other companies.

Working as an executive in several companies, highlighting his orientation to innovation and transformation of medium and large organizations has stood out.

Drawing upon his teaching work in universities and companies, his consulting experience in the private and public sector and his work experience of more than 20 years, he has developed new approaches to project development, leadership, learning and innovation.

He holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineer from Universidad de Chile, MBA Tulane University, Master in Psychology (i), Newfield Certified Coach, and Relational Coach from the Relational Institute of Barcelona. He currently works as a consultant and teacher at the Faculty of Engineering of Universidad de Chile and the Adolfo Ibáñez University. He has specialized in planning, project, team and people management.
